Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- Worn footwear (including running shoes, hiking boots, and cleats)
- Customized or special order items
- Clearance merchandise marked “final sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, securely package the items in their original box with all tags and packaging materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchange Process
For size exchanges on running shoes, hiking boots, or other athletic footwear:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement size in your request
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
- No additional shipping charges for size exchanges within the same product line
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective performance footwear (including manufacturing flaws in boots, sandals, or trail shoes):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs/duties fees cannot be refunded
