We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping – Orders Over $50
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to customs processing for international orders.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your performance footwear. If you need to return or exchange any item, our straightforward process ensures a smooth experience for our active lifestyle customers.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn footwear (including running shoes, hiking boots, and cleats)
- Customized or special order items
- Clearance merchandise marked “final sale”
- Intimate apparel or accessories
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, securely package the items in their original box with all tags and packaging materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Process
For size exchanges on running shoes, hiking boots, or other athletic footwear:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement size in your request
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
- No additional shipping charges for size exchanges within the same product line
Performance Footwear Note:
Due to the technical nature of our products (including track spikes, soccer cleats, and racing flats), we recommend consulting our sizing guides or customer service team before ordering to ensure proper fit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective performance footwear (including manufacturing flaws in boots, sandals, or trail shoes):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs/duties fees cannot be refunded
